The ‘Strasbourg Workshop’ project of the Italian School for the Judiciary 

SSM’s ‘Strasbourg laboratories’ among the
Council of Europe’s good practices

 

The Strasbourg laboratories project, launched by SSM in 2022, is among the good practices mentioned in the annual report of the Committee of Ministers on the execution of judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (Click here to download)

SSM launched the Strasbourg Workshops project in 2022: the first two workshops were held in Naples in May and October with the participation of the DEJ. The workshops focused on the effective implementation of judgments against Italy on child adoption (the Zhou group of cases), child custody (R.V. and others), non-execution of court decisions on parental visiting rights (the Terna group of cases), domestic violence (the Talpis group of cases) and secondary victimisation (the J.L. case).
