The Euro-Arab Judicial Training Network (EAJTN) is a judicial training network between the public judicial training institutions of the Member States of the European Union and the Member States of the Arab League.
Headquarters are located in the Judicial Institute of Jordan, in Amman, where is located the general secretariat, that is responsible for the administration of the EAJTN and ensures the functioning and continuity of the network.

EAJTN has been constituted on October 12th 2010 at the Superior School of the Judiciary of Algeri (École Supérieure de la Magistrature algérienne). Public institutions (such as national schools or entities, central authorities) that are specifically responsible for training judges in the Member States of the European Union and the Member States of the Arab League can be considered Member States of the Network. Actually, they are: France, Holland, Romania, Algeria, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt, Belgium, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Palestine, Kuwait and Italy. International organizations and other networks involved in judicial training may be invited to participate as observers.

The purpose of the association is to enable to the Members serving specifically to train the judges or public prosecutors or other Members of the Judiciary in their countries, to communicate regularly, to meet, to assist one another, and to design common training programs and tools over time.

The mission of the Network is, in particular, to increase mutual understanding of legal and judicial systems and cultures; to improve the mutual use of national and international instruments for cooperation and to share professional experiences in order to get the best practices; to assist one another in implementing, reforming, or improving the institutions that train judges, public prosecutors and other Members of the Judiciary; to promote coordination among the various training programs designed by judicial training institutions; to develop common training activities and exchanges between judges, public prosecutors and other Members of the Judiciary; to develop collaborative training programs for judges, public prosecutors, other Members of the Judiciary and potentially other professionals involved in the operation of the legal system, as well as for the trainers themselves.
The official languages of the Network are Arabic, French, and English.

The Presidency of the Network has been filled by Spain for the first year and by the United Arab Emirates for the second one, with the alternation of the functions of President and Vice-President, in accordance with the Status of the Network.
